Bob spent much of his career behind the anchor desk at the NBC and CBS affiliate stations in Kansas City. His journalistic skills earned Press Club Awards, and he's reported on everything from space shuttle launches to presidential campaigns.

Bob started Thill Media LLC in 1993. Since then, he and his award-winning staff have produced a spectrum of corporate videos for Fortune 500 companies to image videos for Charitable Foundations. Now, focused behind the camera, Bob uses his storytelling skills, script writing and voice to make informative, memorable and, most important, entertaining and easy to watch videos.

Additionally, Bob also uses his knowledge of the broadcast industry to media train executives for many successful companies.

Active in community service, Bob serves on the Board of Directors for the Helping Hand of Goodwill Industries, the Greater Kansas City Foundation and the Foster Grandparent program. Bob supports the Rainbow Center for Communicative Disorders. The Kansas City Mayor's Committee on Person's With Disabilities has recognized him for efforts on their behalf.

Dave's multi-dimensional career began in 1994 with a stint at the Public Television Station, KCPT. As a promotions producer for a small station, he was able to get his hands into all elements of production - from concept to creation to completion.

From there, he played a large part on the creative services team of K.C.'s NBC affiliate, KSHB and its sister station, KMCI, an independent. While there Dave was recognized by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences with two Regional Emmy Awards; one for individual achievement in promotions production, the other for a feature-length documentary on the history of Kansas City jazz.

He was also recognized internationally by Promax & BDA (Broadcast Designers Association) with a prestigious Gold Medallion in the category of In-House Program Promotion.

As a freelance producer/editor/videographer, Dave's work has taken him all over the country. With work including; principal photography on an Emmy Award-Winning, PBS, High-Definition Documentary on the state of Kansas, field production for HGTV and DIY Networks and post-production on projects for the American Heart Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dave is at home in the field, on-location, behind the camera or behind the keyboard.

Additionally, as a musician, Dave brings an extra sense of creativity to the table. He's played locally for years and was recently nominated for a Regional Emmy Award for co-composing, arranging and performing original music for a local documentary.

Throughout the years, her work has been recognized with numerous Mid-America Emmy nominations, three Bronze Telly Awards, and a Parents' Choice Gold Award. Marci enjoys producing both long and short form pieces and says the best thing about her job is having the opportunity to learn about a new topic with every project.
